Pelican Beach Villas has only one Economy Efficiency unit, so there is limited availability. It is located on the back side of the property along the pond with its own water view. It consists of a single bedroom with a shower bath and a mini-kitchen.

The Economy Efficiency is approximately 250 square feet. It has a Queen size bed, and it accommodates a maximum of two persons. It has in-room telephone, wireless internet and cable television with over 50 channels.

Interior

The mini-kitchen includes a small refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, bowls and plates. There is a small table for eating in the Efficiency. We also have picnic tables and grills outside, as well as a private deck attached to the cottage.

Linens and towels are furnished with the Economy Efficiency, but we do not furnish beach towels. Housekeeping is also provided with linens exchanged as needed. A playpen/crib is available upon request for guests travelling with small children.
