Pelican Beach Villas Rates are subject to a 16% tax and 2% resort surcharge.
Great Cistern Clubhouse is a private residence, not subject to Government tax.
There is no charge for children under 12.
A $500 non-refundable deposit is required at time of booking with balance due 30 days prior to travel.
It is payable by cheque, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, or Discover.
Date changes without penalty are permitted up to 30 days prior to travel, subject to availablility.
There is also a $5 per night surcharge which provides access to free telephone service to U.S and Canada.
Weekly Discount Rates, Corporate Rates, and Government Rates are available only through our Reservation Sales Office numbers below.
